- Dip the mozzeralla cheese sticks in the melted butter. And then roll them in the bread crumbs. Slighty press the surface to make the crumbs stick to the cheese sticks. Repeat the first 3 steps util the cheese sticks are well coated with bread crumbs. Deep-fat-fried the breaded mozzeralla cheese sticks till they become golden in color.
- Sauce: Mix the ingredients together and season with salt and sugar according to your tast. Adjust the measure of the ingredients as you desired.
