Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 sm Onion -- minced
- 1 x Clove garlic -- crushed
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cum
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 pkt (10 ozs) frzn minced
- Â Â Spinach -- thawed and
- Â Â Liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 lrg Flour tortillas -- warmed
- Â Â Lime slices, optional
- Â Â Jalapeno pepper slices,
- Â Â Optional
- 1 c. Salsa -- chunky

- In a large nonstick skillet, brown the grnd beef, onion and garlic over medium heat for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till the beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off the drippings and stir in the chili pwdr, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in the spinach and heat through.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese. Spoon equal amounts of the mix onto the warmed tortillas; fold each bottom edge over the filling, then fold each side into the center, overlappin the edges. Garnish with lime and jalapeno slices, if you like, and serve with the salsa.
