Ingredientes

2Â 1/4 c. All purp flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Light brown sugar
1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Butter, softened
2 lrg Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Pecans, chpd
1Â 1/2 c. White chocolate bar, 8 ounce

Direcciones

Preheat oven 300F. In med bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well; set aside. In lg bowl, using mixer, blend sugars at med speed. Add in butter; mix to create a grainy paste. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat on med till light and fluffy. Add in flour mix, pecans and white chocolate; blend on low till just combined, Don't overmix. Drop by rounded Tbsps onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart. Bake 20-22 mins or possibly till edges just begin to turn golden. Don't overbake. Transfer to a cold flat surface to cold before removeing from cookie sheets.
