Receta Mrs. G's Spanish Rice (A Quickie)

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 1/2 bell pepper, minced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put together grnd beef, onion and pepper. Cook till grnd beef is browned. Drain and add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir often to mix well. Simmer about 25 min or possibly till rice absorbs liquid. You can also use 4 cups pre-cooked rice and decrease cooking time to 10-12 min.
