Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter-flavored Crisco
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Beat together the Crisco, sugar, vanilla and large eggs. Then add in flour, salt, bananas, baking soda and lowfat milk. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees. When bread starts to rise, lower temperature to 325 degrees. Check after 1 hour. May take another 15-20 min.
