Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. whole wheat or possibly bran flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Amish batter see recipe
- 2 Tbsp. undiluted orange juice
Direcciones
- Combine the first ingredients in large bowl. With spoon make a well (dent) in center of flour mix.
- In the well add in the wet ingredients.
- Stir with fork till mix is well moistened. Don't over-mix, batter will be lumpy. Spoon into well greased muffin c.. Bake at 375F 30-35 min. Allow to cold in pan 5 min before removing.
