Receta Mustard Dressing
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 teaspoon flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 2 egg yolks
Direcciones
- Scald vinegar and add in butter to heat. Mix flour and sugar with seasoning and add in to the egg yolk slightly beaten. Pour the warm vinegar over this.
- Pour into double boiler and cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Strain and cold.
- Delicious over fresh spinach salad.
