Receta Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Diced peeled potatoes, (about, 1 lb.)
- 1 x Recipe old-fashioned egg, salad (see previous
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp Dry chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- Â Â Sliced radishes, optional
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water and cook till tender but hard.
- Drain and cold. In a bowl, combine egg salad, mayonnaise, mustard, onion and salt. Stir in cooled potatoes. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with radishes, if you like.
