Receta Turkey Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. carrots, minced (optional)
- 1/2 c. broccoli, minced (optional)
- 1/2 c. zucchini, minced (optional)
- 1 pound Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound lasagne noodles, cooked
Direcciones
- In a large pot heat oil and cook over medium heat, onions, pepper and garlic. Add in turkey and continue cooking till turkey has lots its redness. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except cheese and noodles). Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 1 hour.
- (While sauce is cooking, make noodles.)
- When sauce is ready, begin to layer in a 13x9x2 pan with a little sauce, pasta and cheese. Continue till pan is about full ending with a nice layer of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 to 30 min.
