Receta Nasturtium Shrimp Appetizer Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 c. Cooked shrimp, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 sm Tomato, cubed
- 1 x Avocado, cubed
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Minced nasturtium leaves
- Â Â Nasturtium flowers
Direcciones
- Whisk together the lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the onion and shrimp and mix. Let stand 15 min.
- Add in the tomato, avocado and minced nasturtium leaves. Mound on lettuce leaves and surround with fresh whole nasturtium flouwers.
