Receta Nectarine And Avocado Salad With Yogurt Dressing

- 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. Regular mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs
- 2 bn Arugula
- 4 x Nectarines, pitted, sliced
- 2 x Avocados, pitted, peeled, sliced
- Â Â Chopped fresh chives
Direcciones
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Cover and chill dressing till ready to use. Divide romaine and arugula among plates. Top with nectarines and avocados. Spoon dressing over. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
