Receta New England Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- In large mixing bowl, put together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt. Gently mix in blueberries.In small bowl, whisk together egg, lowfat milk, and butter. Add in to the flour mix and stir carefully. Spread into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Mix topping and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min. Serve warm. Good with ice cream.
