Receta No Bake Cherry Balls

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
- 30 x Red and green maraschino cherries with stems
- Â Â Finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, blend together sugar, butter, lowfat milk, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in coconut. Refrigeratefor 1 hour. Meanwhile, drain cherries on paper towels. Shape about 1 tablespoonful of coconut mix around each cherry, leaving stem and end exposed. Dip bottom 2/3 of cherry ball in graham cracker crumbs. Chill or possibly freeze till serving.
- Yield: about 21/2 dozen
