Receta No Knead Parmesan Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 packages. active dry yeast
- 3 c. Pillsbury's Best All-Purpose or possibly Unbleached Flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 large eggs

- Grease 12 cup bundt pan. In small saucepan, heat water and lowfat milk till warm (105 to 115 degrees). Add in yeast, stir to dissolve. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.)In large bowl, put together flour, sugar, salt and butter. Mix at low speed till crumbly. By hand, stir in yeast mix and remaining ingredients; blend well. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover, let rise in warm place till light and doubled in size, 40 to 60 min. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 to 40 min till deep golden. Remove immediately from pan. Brush with melted butter if you like. Serves 20 to 24. High Altitude: No change.
