Receta No Knead Refrigerator Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt dry yeast
- 1Â 1/2 c. hot water (105 to 115 degrees)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 7Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour more or possibly less
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in hot water in a large mixing bowl. Add in sugar, shortening, Large eggs, potatoes, salt, and 4 c. flour. Beat 30 seconds at low speed of electric mixer; beat 2 min at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour, mixing well. Place dough in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover tightly, and chill 8 hrs or possibly up to 3 days before shaping.
- Divide dough in half; shape each half into a loaf. Place in 2 greased 9- by 5- by 3-inch loafpans. Cover and let rise in a hot place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 3 hrs or possibly till doubled in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till loaves sound hollow when tapped.
- This recipe yields 2 loaves.
- Comments: To make rolls, shape as desired. Place in greased pans. Cover and let rise in a hot place, free from drafts, till doubled in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min. (Makes 2 dozen rolls)
