Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Egg noodles, wide --
- Â Â Uncooked
- 1 c. Cottage cheese -- low fat
- 1 lb Lean beef round -- trimmed
- Â Â Of
- Â Â Fat -- grnd
- 28 ounce Can tomatoes, undrained --
- Â Â Well
- Â Â Broken up
- 6 ounce Can tomato paste
- 1 x Onion -- minced
- 10 ml Garlic, chopped -- or possibly 1/8 t
- Â Â Garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp Dry oregano
- Â Â Salt & pepper -- to taste
- 1 c. Shredded -- part skim pizza
- Â Â Cheese--about 4 ounce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese -- grated
Direcciones
- Cook noodles according to pkg directions. Rinse under cool water; drain.
- Combine with cottage cheese. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Brown meat in skillet; pour off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, about 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into casserole; top with half the noodle mix, then half the pizza cheese. Repeat layers; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in preheated 325 oven one hour.
