Receta Noodles Alfredo
This is a very quick and tasty pasta dish. The quality of the dish depends on the quality of the ingredients. The better grade the butter and cream, the tastier. Fresh fettuccine is recommended, but packaged will do as well. This dish must be served hot to be thoroughly enjoyed and is best to serve without reheating.
Ingredientes
- 8oz (230g) Fettuccine noodles
- 8 Tbs (1/2 cup) Butter
- 8 Tbs (1/2 cup) Cream
- 8 Tbs (1/2 cup) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Tbs (1/4 cup) Shredded Swiss Cheese
- Salt and Pepper To Taste

Strain noodles and return noodles to pot.

Melt butter in pan.

Add cream to butter, mix, and heat.

Pour butter and cream over noodles.

Add cheeses and mix in.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
