Receta Noodles With Shrimp Scampi Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3Â 3/4 c. Egg noodles, wide, uncooked (6oz)
- 2/3 c. Butter
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 3/4 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Parsley, minced
- Â Â Fresh lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet over low heat, heat butter; add in garlic and basil. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add in shrimp; cook, stirring constantly, till shrimp turn pink, about 3 to 4 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir in parsley. Toss warm noodles with sauce. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
