  • 8 ounce noodles or possibly vermicelli pasta
  • 1 c. defatted low salt chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Thai-style fish sauce
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 3 x green onions slant cut 1-in
  •     lengths
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. 1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain in a colander. In a small bowl combine broth, fish sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Spray a large skillet or possibly wok with vegetable spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic.
  3. 3. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, for 2 min. Add in noodles and broth mix. Cook, stirring constantly, till liquid is almost absorbed, about 5 min. Stir in shrimp. Cook for 2 min. Stir in bean sprouts, green onion and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
