Receta Nora Mill Easy Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. NORA MILL self-rise cornmeal
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 4 ounce Cream style corn
Direcciones
- Combine cornmeal and oil, add in beaten Large eggs and stir. Add in other ingredients and bake at 400 degrees F. for 25-30 min or possibly till done. Serve warm or possibly cool, especially good with a pat of butter and/or possibly favorite jam or possibly jelly.
- Recipe Conversion to use Plain NORA MILL cornmeal: Add in/exchange the following items to above ingredient listing: 2 1/2 c. Plain NORA MILL cornmeal, 2 teaspoon baking pwdr, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 2 teaspoon salt.)
