Receta Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Quickcooking oats
- 2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- Â Â pn Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Â Â l Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Â Â pn Nutmeg
- 3/4 c. Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- Â Â Maple syrup
- 1 x Orange, sliced
- Â Â Sugar
Direcciones
- Put the oats and buttermilk into a bowl and let soak for a few min, then beat in the Large eggs. Add in the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in the blueberries. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and pour in spoonfuls of the batter. Cook till bubbles form on top of the pancake, flip over and cook the other side till lightly browned. Serve with maple syrup and slices of orange.
