Receta Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 (12 ounce) bag butterscotch morsels
Direcciones
- Cream together shortening and sugars. Add in egg, water and vanilla. Mix well. Add in flour and oatmeal mixing till well combined. Mix in butterscotch morsels. Drop by a spoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Makes about 5 dozen.
