Receta Sharonv's Apple Yogurt Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, plus 1 tbsp, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 8 ounce plain yogurt
- 2 c. minced apples
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Mix sugar with 1/2 cup butter till fluffy. Add in large eggs and vanilla. Beat well.Put together oatmeal, flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in to egg mix, alternating with yogurt. Beat after each addition till just combined.
- Mix in apples. Divide batter into two greased and lightly floured round pans. Put together brown sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter and nuts. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 min.
