Receta Oatmeal Cookie (Big Cookie)

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 ounce Oatmeal dry
- 1/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter (chunky)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 x Banana (mashed)(adds sweet)
- 2 Tbsp. Water (maybe 3 Tablespoons)
Direcciones
- Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 5-8 minutes. Don't over-bake.
- This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie = 1 bread, 1/2 lowfat milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.
