  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. Tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat Large eggs slightly and add in lowfat milk.
  2. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Mix till blended. Shape into small balls and deep fry. Roll in sugar.
