Receta Oklahoma Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1Â 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 x Lightly beaten Large eggs
- 1 can (8-ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1 c. Shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel (optional)
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl, using a spoon, mix all cake ingredients together.
- Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 40-60 min at 350 degrees. Cake is done when it crusts on top. Cold on rack 20 min then invert. Add in if you like for flavor: 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread on cake as soon as removed from pan.
