Receta Old El Paso Tortilla Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 can (14 ounce) refried beans, mashed
- 2 or possibly 3 ripe avocados, mashed
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can green chilies, liquid removed and minced
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 2 med. tomatoes, diced
- 1 can pitted black olives, minced
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Arrange beans in a large, flat serving bowl or possibly platter to create first layer. Put together avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange over beans to create second layer. Put together lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning to make third layer. Mix green onions, tomatoes and black olives for fifth layer. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips which will not break easily, serves about 20.
