  1. In large bowl, remove bones form salmon and mash (including juice with fork. Crush crackers to fine crumbs; add in to salmon. Mix well. In bowl, beat Large eggs; fold in lowfat milk, butter, dill, warm pepper sauce & pepper to taste.
  2. Blend into salmon mix. Transfer to greased & wax paper lined loaf pan.
  3. Bake in 350F oven for 30-35 minutes or possibly until centre is hard to touch. Let cold for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with knife, invert onto serving platter. Garnish with lemon. SERVES: 4
