Receta Olive Oil Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion grated
- 2 whl dry red chillies
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Grnd sugar
- 8 x Mint leave finely minced, (8 to 10)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Hot oil, add in chillies.
- Cover, keep aside 20 min or possibly until required.
- Remove chillies, reheat the chilli oil.
- Add in onion, saute/fry until pink and tender.
- Add in all remaining ingredients, mix well, stirfry for 2 min.
- Cold a bit, pour over chilled salad, toss with chopsticks or possibly fork.
- Serve immediately.
- Making time: 10 min (excluding chilli oil making time)
- Makes: sufficient dressing for 4 c. salad
