- 1/3 c. For Light Flavor
- 1/2 c. For Medium Flavor
- 3/4 c. For Dark Flavor
- 6 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine, Softened
- 2Â 2/3 c. Confectioners' Sugar
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Direcciones
- Cream the butter in a small mixing bowl. Blend in the cocoa and confectioners' sugar, alternately with the lowfat milk, and continue to beat till a spreading consistency is reached. Additional lowfat milk may be needed. Blend in the vanilla.
- Yield: About 2 C. Of Frosting
