Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Lowfat milk (sweet)
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 c. Flour (plain)
- 4 lrg Large eggs (fresh)
- pn Salt
- Vanilla flavoring
Direcciones
- Cream butter till it is light, add in sugar a little at a time, creaming after each addition. Sift flour with salt and baking pwdr 3 times. Add in egg yellows 1 at a time beating with hard beats. Add in flour alternately with lowfat milk, adding a bit of flour last. Add in beaten egg whites, using a folding over and over method. Add in flavoring, turn into well greased tube pan and bake in 350 F oven till top springs back when pressed with forefinger.
