Receta Onion Ring Loaf

Ingredientes
- 6 x white onions
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- Â Â salt
- 2 c. Bisquick or possibly pancake mix
- Â Â oil for deep frying
Direcciones
- Slice onions and separate into rings. Soak rings in mix of lowfat milk, Large eggs and salt in bowl for 30 minutes.
- Dip each onion ring in pancake mix and fry in oil heated to 375 degrees till golden.
- Pack fried onions solidly, but loosely, without pressing, in a 8x4 loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Turn onto a plate.
- Makes 4 servings
