Ingredientes
- 1 med. avocado
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/8 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon Accent
- 1 drop green food coloring
- 1 c. pure mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Grind the avocado and onion in a mixing bowl. Add in sugar, lemon juice and seasonings to this mix. Stir, blending thoroughly. Add in the coloring and mayonnaise and stir till smooth. Serve on crisp lettuce or possibly as a sauce for seafood.
