Receta Orange And Green Soybean Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. shelled edamame (green soybeans), frzn
- 4 sm oranges
- 1/2 c. finely minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. finely sliced red onions
- 6 x chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to boil. Add in edamame and cook 3 to 5 min. Drain and rinse under cool water.
- Grate peel (orange part only) from one orange and set aside. Peel all of the oranges and cut segments from membrane, cutting into bite-size pcs.
- In a bowl, combine orange pcs and edamame with parsley and onions.
- Mix orange peel with oil and vinegar. Pour over edamame mix. Refrigeratebefore serving.
