Receta Orange Avocado Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Â Â I Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 med head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 2 c. torn red leaf lettuce
- 1 med ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 x cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 med red onion, thinly sliced in
- Â Â rings
- 11 ounce canned mandarin oranges, liquid removed
Direcciones
- In a jar with tight fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well.
- Chill. Just before serving, toss greens in a large salad bowl. Dip avocado slices into orange juice. Arrange over greens (throw away juice).
- Add in onion, cucumber and oranges. Serve with dressing.
- Serves 8.
