Receta Orange Nut Cream Cheese Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 T flour
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. honey
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. nuts
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Blend at low speed till well mixed. Set aside.
- Put together honey and lowfat milk in large mixing bowl. Add in flour, soda, salt, shortening and egg. Blend at low speed till smooth about 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread half of batter in greased and lightly floured loaf pan. Pour filling over batter. Carefully spoon remaining batter over filling and spread gently. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min to 1 hour and 25 min.
