Receta Orange Sour Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Orange extract
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Beat but tter and sugar together inlarge mixing bowl. Addeggs, 1 at a me, beat ting till light, at least 2 -min. Add in orange extract and peel d blend.
- In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda.
- Add in to butter-egg mix little at a time, alternating with lowfat sour cream, and beat till well-mixed. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured 8x5-inch loaf pan or possibly 7 1/2-inch diameter souffle dish 2 1/2 inches deep.
- Bake at 325 degrees about 40 min. Begin checking doneness at 30 min by inserting toothpick into center of cake. If toothpick comes out with few damp crumbs, cake is done. Remove from oven, let rest 5 min and turn out onto rack to cold.
