Receta Delicious Orange Sour Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 250 gm softened TARARUA butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 x lightly beaten Large eggs
- 4 tsp finely grated orange rind
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. or possibly 250 g TARARUA Lowfat sour cream one orange and 1/4 c. sugar, (combined together) , Juice of
Direcciones
- Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add in the Large eggs and orange rind, blend well.
- Mix in flour and baking pwdr alternating with the lowfat sour cream.
- Mix gently till smooth and pour into a well-greased 26cm spring bottom round tin.
- Bake at 160 C for 60-80 min or possibly till a skewer comes out cleanly when tested.
- After removing from the oven leave the cake in the tin for a few min then pour on the glaze.
- Leave for an additional few min before removing from the pan.
- Serve with whipped Tararua cream and fresh orange curd.
