- 2Â 1/2 c. Miniature Marshmallows
- 4 ounce Butter
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Creme de menthe
- 1 c. Whipped Cream (no sugar)
- 14 x Oreo cookies, crushed in blender

- Heat Marshmellows in lowfat milk till dissolved - cold slightly, add in Creme De Menthe. Cold well Mix in whipped cream. Mix butter with crumbs and press in 9X9 pan, pour filling in top with a few crumbs and chill.
