Receta Oriental Chicken Filled Popover Puffs

Ingredientes
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn broccoli spears
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T Bisquick baking mix
- 2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 (10 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth/stock
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 c. cut up chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, liquid removed

- Popover Puffs: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat 1/2 cup water and 3 tbsp butter to boiling. Add in 3/4 cup baking mix, all at once, till smooth. Drop 6 mounds of dough 3 inches apart onto aluminum foil cookie sheet. Bake till dark golden brown, 25 to 30 min. Cool 5 min. Remove from cookie sheet and fill.
- Cook broccoli as directed; drain. Cut up and reserve. Heat butter in 3 qt saucepan. Stir in baking mix, ginger, and garlic pwdr. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Reduce heat. Stir in broccoli and remaining ingredients; heat through. Cut off tops of puffs; fill bottoms with chicken mix. Replace tops. 6 servings.
