Receta Orzo Salad with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Feta
This is my summer potluck go-to recipe! You can add pinenuts and fresh cherry tomatoes or you could just add the orzo, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and basil. It is so easy to make and it's even better the next day!
Ingredientes
- 1 package orzo pasta cooked according to the package
- 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil - diced
- 1 package crumbled feta cheese
- 1 bunch basil - cut in slivers
- 4-6 green onions - diced
- 1 bell pepper - diced
- 2 cloves of garlic - minced
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar (about 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar)
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Add diced sun-dried tomatoes and the oil from the jar into the pasta and toss.
- Toss all other ingredients into salad.
- Add oil and vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
