Receta Otis Spunkmeyer's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredientes
- 5 ounce semisweet chocolate
- 2 x baking chocolate squares - (1 ounce ea)
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2/3 c. light brown sugar - (packed)
- 1/4 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 x egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 muffin liners with Pam.
- In a double boiler or possibly microwavable bowl combine first three ingredients and heat over simmering water or possibly in microwave. Cold to lukewarm.
- In a large bowl combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, syrup, egg and vanilla extract; mix well. Pour lukewarm chocolate mix into egg mix and blend well.
- In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add in to chocolate mix, blending well. Mix in chocolate chips. Add in batter to prepared muffin liner. Bake for 20 min. Remove from pan immediately. Serve hot.
- This recipe yields 12 muffins.
