- 3/4 lb chicken pcs
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs or possibly wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 x teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 tsp salt, pepper
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk or possibly melted butter
Direcciones
- Wash chicken and dry with paper towels. Combine breadcrumbs with cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in buttermilk and then roll in crumb mix. Place in a well-buttered baking dish. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
