Receta Oven Fried Scallops

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. bay or possibly sea scallops
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 T minced chives
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Direcciones
- Arrange scallops in shallow baking dish. Put together remaining ingredients in small bowl, pour over scallops. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min. Baste often. Arrange scallops on toast or possibly rice. Pour sauce over. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 2.
