Receta Oven Sesame Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard, (1 to 2)
- 1 x Egg
- 2Â 1/2 lb broiler-fryer chicken, c. up, up to 3 1/2
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter melted
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven till melted.
- Mix baking mix, sesame seed and salt in shallow dish; reserve.
- Beat lowfat milk, mustard and egg in small bowl.
- Dip chicken pcs, one at a time, into egg mix; coat with sesame seed mix.
- Place skin side up in pan.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.
- Bake till done, about 1 hour.
