  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard, (1 to 2)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 1/2 lb broiler-fryer chicken, c. up, up to 3 1/2
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter melted

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven till melted.
  3. Mix baking mix, sesame seed and salt in shallow dish; reserve.
  4. Beat lowfat milk, mustard and egg in small bowl.
  5. Dip chicken pcs, one at a time, into egg mix; coat with sesame seed mix.
  6. Place skin side up in pan.
  7. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.
  8. Bake till done, about 1 hour.
