Receta Overnight Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 x 8 ounce loaf French Bread, ends trimmed, cut diagonally, 1 inch thick
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 lrg Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Grease a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Arrange bread in a single layer in prepared dish, squeezing slices to fit if necessary.
- In large bowl whisk lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla till blended. Pour proportionately over bread. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Cover and chill overnight or possibly up to 24 hrs.
- To Serve: Heat oven to 350. Uncover baking dish, dot pudding with butter and bake 45 min or possibly till set and a lightly golden.
