- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Overnight Oats with Dried Fruits and Nuts
- Ingredients: 6 tbsps Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 cup Soya milk with almond (reduced sugar)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots, cut strips
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- some nuts - almond, pistachio and pumpkin seeds (toasted)
- 1 tbsp Honey or to taste
