Receta Pan Roasted New Potatoes With Fresh Herbs

Ingredientes
- 18 x new potato, about 1-1/2 inch diameter
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Â Â salt
- Â Â white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Italian parsley, roughy, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, roughly, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced, roughly
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, minced or possibly 1/2 tbsp fresh marjoram, minced
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes un-peeled in lightly salted water for up to 8 min, or possibly till tender.
- Drain and plunge potatoes into cool water to stop cooking process. Drain and cold. Cut cooled potatoes in half.
- In heavy skillet, heat butter. Over medium high heat, place potatoes, cut side down and cook till golden brown, about 3 min.
- Turn potatoes, and allow to heat through, about 3-4 min Lower heat, add in herbs, salt, white pepper and toss together.
- Serve immediately.
