Receta Pan Roasted Salmon With Peppers And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 2 x salmon steak
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x coloured pepper, (red, yellow or possibly orange), minced
- 3 clv garlic
- 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- Â Â sprig fresh thyme or possibly 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- Â Â salt
- Â Â pepper
- 1/3 c. white wine or possibly 1/3 c. apple juice
- Â Â handful parsley
Direcciones
- Heat a fry pan over high heat, add in the oil.
- Add in the peppers and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the vinegar and cook for 1 more minute.
- Push the peppers to the side of the pan and add in the salmon. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle with thyme, cayenne, salt and pepper, and spoon some of the peppers over the salmon.
- Add in the wine. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 6 min.
- Serve sprinkled with parsley.
