Ingredientes

  • 2 x salmon steak
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 x coloured pepper, (red, yellow or possibly orange), minced
  • 3 clv garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  •     sprig fresh thyme or possibly 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 pch cayenne pepper
  •     salt
  •     pepper
  • 1/3 c. white wine or possibly 1/3 c. apple juice
  •     handful parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat a fry pan over high heat, add in the oil.
  2. Add in the peppers and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the vinegar and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Push the peppers to the side of the pan and add in the salmon. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme, cayenne, salt and pepper, and spoon some of the peppers over the salmon.
  6. Add in the wine. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 6 min.
  7. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
