Receta Pancakes with cranberries

Ingredientes
- For pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- Medium, 150 g of flour

- maple syrup

- yogurt cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- cranberry compote or fresh cranberries
Direcciones
- Prepare pancakes: In a bowl, whisk two egg yolks well with powdered sugar. Then add the milk and flour mixed with baking powder. The two whisk egg whites stiff snow that gently mix into dough.
- Pan for pancakes delete the oil and reheat. The dough gradually bake until golden brown pancakes. The plate garnish their yogurt flavored with vanilla, pour maple syrup and garnish with cranberries.
